I purchased a basic airdam from Mariah a year or so ago. My order took a over a month or two to get completed- primarily due to the supplier waiting until enough orders for the same type came in. It may be cost prohibitive to pull the molds and work on a smaller run/batch.

Maybe this is what you are experiencing? I mean- there are a limited number of 1st gen's out there, then take into account only a fractional number of those are requesting body-kits. They may not fabricate until the demand or orders are sufficient to make it cost effective?

I dunno- just a guess.

I don't think I'm experiencing a lack of orders for the kit I want if they have a waiting list for when they get the supplies in to make them. I think that they didn't pay their bill to the fibreglass company so they won't sell them anymore until they pay what they owe in full...that would be one possibility...because it obviously doesn't take a year and a half to "find" as they say a new fibreglass supplier...I think theres another reason for their not having any fibreglass products available.

Call them up. You can't expect to solve this on here.

They are very very very helpful on the phone. More than likely if you are polite and patient on the phone you can get to the bottom of the situation in a couple of minutes.

You assume they are bad without knowing any facts. Get the facts first.

Use the phone. E-mail is too easy to ignore.

I have sometimes good experiences with mazdatrix yet I did buy the THIN WALL SPARK PLUG SOCKET and it began cracking only after two uses.

I work in the supply field, and when we order from a company or someone orders gear from us, it is usually there within 2-3 days. But when you order something large or that a company doesn't stock, it takes a long time.

I ordered 15 X-Ray machines and I had to wait for 9 months before I got them because the supplier waits until the demand reaches a certain number before they either begin production, or before they ship it out.

there is no such thing as a mazdatrix body kit. they sell the same kits as many others. get a refund and buy it from someplace else. any longer than a month is too long to wait for ground effex. there is way too many other places to get the same parts.
