If you don't know what venturis are how would you know they need to be changed? What size are they?

The venturi's or Chokes are in the middle of the carb..you need 2 of them. Take the top off the carb and then you will have to take the pump jet out to get the Venturi's out ( you will need to pull the Aux Venturi out (its the big tube that runs right up the middle of the inlets.)

While you are this far into it you should also look at replacing the needles and seats with a better brand like a D&G.

i didnt say anything about how i didnt know wat venturis are..

was just asking if anyone had a diagram or write up.. pictures etc. on how to replace them..

and yes i know wat they are

the venturis that are originally in there are biger than 40mm..

i have new 40mm ones that i wanna put in.. couldnt get anything smaller.. so i guess 40mm should do for now
