could a S4 NA motor push a FB into the 14s ? i'm about to swap a FC NA motor into my gsl-se and i plan to upgrade the exhaust as my "first" mod.

i suspect it isn't that lofty a goal.

2nd gen direct fire, mega squirt, pacestter header, 5' 3" exhaust,( 5' long 3" diameter), the pipe came out the side. Performance clutch. The man said for $1000, and I have $1050 in it. Rats nest removal, no fan. Also lightened the load, every thing out of the car except the drivers seat. No, I left the carpet in w/ 2 gal gas. Carter 255lph pump, BUR7EQ in the lead and BUR8EQ in the trail.

That works. I have a 12a with a racing beat header custom 2.5inch exhaust electric fan and a ported intake manifold and a hopped up nikki carb and I should be able to hit low 15s I also have a nitrous kit coming then I will hit hi 14s. Oh yeah I also have some weight removal done along with no a/c. It does not take much just start removing weight it is the cheapest mod and it helps out all aspects of the car.

Jeff, I cannot answer your queston because I am not the one who set it up. I am very mechanicaly inclined but VERY computer stupid!

As for the engine, it is a 13b stock port. This is a new setup and I am very pleased with it. As for what it is, http://www.megasquirt.info/index.html will answer all your questions.
