any problems with rotorhead.ca ?

Well, i ordered a rx-7 book and a rotor clock 4 months ago. I still haven't received anything from Manntis.

I emailed him like 30 times to try to correct the situation and never seen the products i bought in mid-july. It just pisses me off, i paid 85 bucks for these and i just feel i got stolen since i have no news about my money. I asked like 3-4 times to get refunded since i wasn't getting what i paid for, and 2 weeks ago, Manntis told me that he was refunding me the book, and i still haven't get the refund on the book.

Do any of you guys having trouble with rotorhead.ca ??? Or i'm the only one ?

I had a similar experience - but with a happy ending. I had bought a set of badges off the rotorhead site last Xmas and didn't get them till mid-summer after chasing down Manntis thru this forum, which finally did the trick. He was pretty hard to get ahold of, actually it was impossible thru the site, but once he hooked up with me thru this forum he came thru. Don't think there was malicious intent as I was told at that time he was having internet problems, etc. Best of luck...

Yea I ordered a dual alt-pulley off of that site like 6 months ago and I haven't received anything yet. Not even an email explaining why its not been sent yet. If you do get hold of him ask if he could check his records and please send me my dual alt pulley that I paid 20 bucks for.

Everybody should keep in mind that Manntis isn't the direct supplier for these parts. He set up the site when he had his Rx7 to re-distribute things made by other companies. Some things (such as the strut tower braces) are from places like CP racing who are unfortunately notorious for not shipping things on time.

Now I realize that 4 or 6 months with no feedback is extreme, and I'm not trying to make excuses for him, but I've spoken Manntis and followed his posts on the forum since I joined. He's a good guy and wouldn't purposefully cause anyone trouble, he's just had a lot to deal with lately. I'm sure that the crash of his beloved car and the near loss of his life were pretty bad, but there are undoubtedly other things keeping him from getting on top of things.

Manntis (if you read this) I think that maybe you should have a good chat with your suppliers, and if they're not willing to ship things responsively , then you should stop re-selling their product. Hopefully things are going better for you than they were before, so let's get business taken care of, so that such a good forum member doesn't have to get a bad rap over this

Out of curiosity, is there any info/ETA forthcoming from the makers of the radio holding dash kit? I want to order a cubbyhole one when they become available..

You have the phone # for the book supplier, along with your refund.

Forum member Daniel, who makes the clocks, has yet to return my calls. Still working on it for you.

well, all i bought were stickers, but i'll vouch for Manntis as a mature and responsible businessman, if nothing else. i can speak for not having time to log in and post on a regualr basis and maybe that's what his situation is right now.
