any one want carbon Fiber hoods Made?

ok some of you may remeber a post a few weeks back about carbon fiber hoods and a place called carbonfiberparts.net
well i finaly got a responce back the e-mail is as follows:

If you sent me some pictures of the hood you want made, I could get you a
quote. I need pictures of both the top and bottom side. To make the mold for
the hood I would need a stock hood in perfect condition sent to me. If the
hood had any imperfection they would be translated into the carbon copies.

so we need to get 10 or more people 100% interested and some how get him a hood thats is in perfect or 99.9% perfect condition for him to make a mold. i figure there has to be some one that wants one that is close to him that can drop off a hood for us. im sure others would not mind pitching him a bit of $$ to get this thing started.

Well your gonna have to quote some sort of estimated price before anyone will be interested. Where are these guys? I have a BRAND new hood, still in teh box. 
I'm considering making CF stuff too. Actually having a friend of mine do it for me. He's got many years composite experience.

i will send him some pics of my hood. altho it has a nice dent in it. but he will get the idea. so we can get an estimate. i just would like to know how many are interested. i know there was a lot of talk.. but i know from experiance people will talk the talk but not follow through.

ok well im going to take pics of my hood tomarrow, and send them off to him. i will keep every one updated when i recive an e-mail back with a price quote if there not to expencive this could be a good deal for us 1 gen owners.

i too am interested! but why didn't you just ask a local car shop dealer here around our area?? like carbon creations or versus motorsports or the other numerous companies that actually make CF hoods?... so as to avoid shipping..
