While taking my oil pan off, I noticed there was a loose wire from one of the accessories on the oil pan.

It is not the oil level sensor, it is the one next to it that threads into the oil pan.

In this picture, it is the part with the red wire

Any idea on where to get a replacement or what to do now that the wire broke from the sensor itself?

 

You can try digging away the epoxy to expose enough wire to solder to.

 

Yeah man, the way the sub-zero works is kinda cool. When you turn your key to "start" it puts 12V to the tab on the starter that throws the bendix out. It ALSO puts 12V to the sub-zero start motor, every time. The ground side of the motor is then run to that switch in the pan, which only grounds if the oil pan is way, way, way below freezing. If you were to ground that wire, you could give yourself a little shot of seafoam or something every time you turned the key, if that's what you wanted to put in the cold-start reservoir.

At least you can't flood it with antifreeze, though, as the pump only runs when the starter is turning the engine over.
