If it truly was the last SS then I might as well kill myself because I will never be able to accomplish one of my greatest goals.

Heres a shot that I took after helping push the 787B inside (LOLA chassis 1984 LeMans winners behind it) It could possibly be one of the last times anyone will see it on U.S. soil for awhile

Damn, I thought the blue first gen (1st runner up) was going to take that award for sure. It was so clean!

This was my first 7stock (and hopefully not the last!) and it was amazing. It was worth the flight from Toronto, Ontario, Canada for 4days just for Sevenstock! I just wish I bought more stuff!

Sevenstock was great....a little warm but thank god for airconditioning...

On the way home from Sevenstock Dan Atkins and I got in an accident. Some guy fell asleep at the wheel and hit us going about 75mph. Thank God we are both here to write about it. I guess they totalled Dans truck even though it didnt look like too much damage occured. Were both ok but I have a lot of stiffness and pretty sore.

Im glad I wasnt driving my car....it would have been totalled. Dans quick response in driving skills saved us both big time....

OMG, glad to hear that you're okay!

Tell me the truck wasn't a REPU!

I'll have to kick the guy's *** if it is!

OH ****!
Poor Dan. He was so proud of slapping that whole truck together from parts.
I'm glad you're alright.

Geeze. 5 hours is a long flight, and during the flight back I actually pondered the possibility of someone getting hurt (or worse) coming home from Sevenstock. Only it was more the thought about the number of very fast cars and all the kids...never really entertained the thought of someone else hitting one of us.

Damn, that sucks. I'm glad you're both OK, but I liked that truck. It was fun to hear Dan talk about how he put it together.

It's like this forum has a curse to get hit by cars. OH, what? It's a car forum and it happens to cars mainly? Okay, I'll shut up for now (on that subject )
