Alternators

This summer i am going to be working in a junk yard, and i was wondering, there are no rx's sorry, if an alternator out of an 323 or a mazda pick up would work on a rx-7. I am upgrading the stero and needing more amps and thought maybe someone has already done something of this nature before and could help me. Thanks

Re: Alternators

Only way to find out is to try... Alhtough I dunno what those are rated at in Amps... 323 might have the same 50 Amp alternator.
