Alternator?

Okay, so I left my car at my school overnight, and some stuff was stolen.

This includes both outside mirrors and the alternator.

Is there some off-handed chance that the alternator from a 323 Hatchback (1.6 litre) would work in the RX7?

Thanks.

get a 1982 supra/cressida alternator, its got the double pulley, and is electronically compatible.

Edit: everytime my GF see's another RX she evaluates the condition of the car based on how many part we could steal from it. I'll go spank her and see if she borrowed your mirrors, but you should check to see if your cargo compartment lids are still there.

In all seriousness, it's unfortuate to say this, but you were targeted by another rx-7 owner. No other person in the world would require mirrors and an alternator. That just sucks.
