I get made fun of at my school for my RX-7.

Apparently a Ford Taurus Show is what gets the ladies here, lol. (I'm not kidding, its true)

I am the only one in my new town who has an Rx-7. People come up to me thinking they know stuff about cars and say my car is burning oil. I reply i would be shocked if it didn't... for christ sakes my car has no pistons

I am defenitely the only one at my new school with an RX7, or any interesting sports car for that matter. All we got is some V6 camaro/firebirds and a non-turbo 3000GT. People at my school love it though, I get tons of respect for it. (never saw this smiley before...)

P.S. you've got alot of cars for a kid in school...

I'm the only one in my school with an rx7 too. It would be weird if someone else had an fb or sa. Most people are hate'n on the rotary/ rx7 though- they say how unreliable, slow, stupid, and old it is. O well, i've only shown pictures of it. I haven't yet driven it yet

My first car in high school was a charcoal grey 82 GS but I sold it after graduating in 1990. I went about 2 years before I bought my current daily driver 85 SE.

I am one of 2 at my school with an rx, my best friend is the other one, his is an '84 gslse pretty much stock, mine is a '79 gs with a '84 13b, 4 wheel disc conversion, limited slip rear end among other stuff. There is also another 7 in our town, an '85, which is also owned by another friend. We have spotted a nice looking charcoal grey '84 or '85 around town.

I didn't have my 7 when I was in high school, when I was going to college they were everywhere. All but two (both owned by the same guy whom I graduated high school with) were FC's though. Now that I stopped going there is an FD as well. And in my high school, the Jeep is what got the ladies - ask any of my friends who had the most of them. hah. (Yeah that was totally a joke.)

I'm the only one with an RX7 at my highschool too. An acquaintance of mine said my car looked like a Fast and the Furious wannabe and my car is bone stock. What's up with that?

I was the only one in high school, kind of, I bought the car off a friend that went there with me, he had 2 cars and sold them both and bought a 2004 SVT Cobra, I bought the RX7 and some other guy bought his realllllyy nice 1970s chevy truck, it was a Sportsman or Campers edition or some **** with a stock lift.

And i'm currently the only RX7 at TCC, at least on west campus.

going back to the topic, you should try the FC forum. and i was the only one with a true sports car. a guy with a turbo'ed civic tryed getting in with my buddies AE86 and I. but we told him front wheel drives makes less sense than a bicylce without seats.

Unhappy plee for help lol

I was pretty much in the same situation as the rest of the guys here.

I had my fb since I was a freshman (my uncle was throwing it out, can you believe that?!). The only person with a car in my h-s was me. and now I'm the only person with an rx-7 period at my college (NJIT) So I fly with some non-riced jetta's and a nice r32 for now.

If anyone see's me around, please stop meh! I do appriciate some forum love every now and then. Plus I hate to get ganged up on about how "gay" a rotary engine is and how old my car is and how it's not the newer fd. (even though my VW ppl help me out, AND I can smoke anyone of them in second gear)

I was driving the FB my senior year and now all 4 years of college. Sometimes I get weird looks and all for it but I love her and once ppl see how she can move they tend to like her too.
