Alt relocation kits NLA?

Finally fitted my GSLSE injection on my 12a this morn, was even able to use the stock rats nest. I have a question though..

When fitting the UIM to my custom lower, I realized the alt was hitting the upper intake plenum

I remember alt relocation kits being offered in the past, but no search on google or the club here seems to point to any still currently offered... I have a 12a and a s3 13b AC bracket, and I know people have modded them in the past to mount the alt there, but I cant find the specific threads showing the steps involved.

Any info on kits currently offered, or some way to modify my AC brackets, would be a big help

A little trimming to the ac bracket and you can fit a CS130 quite nicely, probably fit a stocker if you wanted.

For a more expensive solution, try this --> Alternator and Fuel Pump Kits

wtf. So a side mount alt requires deletion of AC and power steering? I can live with no AC, but I totally dont wanna lose the PS...

Sweet, now I just need to put up a WTB for an a/c bracket, as much as I love Atkins, my wallet does not love them that much.

If you use the modified AC mount to relocate the alt, then you should be able to keep the PS.

Thats what im going to try... The bracket pictured above is like an s4 or s5 right? The s3 AC bracket was on top on FB's, and the PS was lower. I think the FC is opposite...

The bracket I used if from an FB, there are two different brackets, the PS one and the non-PS one. The PS setup is a huge bracket with an idler pulley. I much prefer the depowered PS box, so it wasn't a concern for me, but if you wanted to retain PS then the fc ps pump would probably work with some creative bracketing, or swap to an electric (mr2) PS pump and put it anywhere.
