Mindy may be gone forever, but you can always replace a rotary.

I think it's a cool idea, man. I have kind of double standard with tattoos... on guys I think they're pretty cool, but I don't like them on girls. Figures my girlfriend would love them.

Yeah, this could be jinxing the rotary even farther, but its not like if some day I break down and buy a piston engined car its going to be jealous and always be pressuring me to get a piston and connecting rod, to prove that its just as special.

Then again it might be one of those things where I'm 60, the tattoos all wrinkley, looks like a Salvador Dali painting, and I'm going

well, ive had the thought of getting a rotary tat for some time. i have the design i want, but not 100%. its the rotor design from the myspace rx7 club. i want it on my lower torso.

i have read lots of threads on here about getting rotary tats. youll get a lot of people saying its a bad idea, and i see where they come from. what i figure is if you want it get it, dont listen to anyone else. if you regret it, then you regret it. its on you, not them.

ive had this same design in my mind for about 2 years. its not exactly how i want it, id like something a little different with the wings, a different design or something. ive yet to find a shop that can please me though. ill probably get some friends that are exceptional drawers to take a hit at it. if i get it and i regret it on down the road, oh well. i will either live with it or get it hit with a laser so it fades and maybe do a cover up, but i doubt ill regret it.

what i figure is, i have a true passion for the wankel and it has made a major impact on my life, and wallet. i plan on always owning a rotary or rx7 in some form. i do have an interest in pistons. i even plan on owning an SR20 1st gen and a LS series v8 powered 2nd or 3rd gen, but my true passion is the rotor. i even have hopes of someday having a career, or side project/job that involves rotaries.

i REALLY like the above picture trochoid posted. also a good idea. maybe going up your side. as for your back, youd probably need a 3 rotor to accomplish going all the way up your back. if you use 2 youll have ot have it centered and it may not look as good. one option is to get a henna(?) tat and see if you like it before you get the real thing.
