Looks like Simmons OM-17" , very popular in Australia as they can make custom wheels made to order. High quality/price. http://www.simmonswheel.com.au/

Edit: The dump style exhaust kind of gives it away as an Australian car.

It's almost a sin over here to have a rotary without a dump tip.
