there are numerous online tire retailers you can use as reference. Some even have reviews.

I have Toyo r1r on my 16’s, i cant recommend them enough, wet or dry, they simply just hang on, havent had them on ice or snow though, my size is same as you want but in 16’s,

TireRack only shows 2 tires currently - the Kumho Ecsta PA31 and Hankook Ventus V2 Concept2. I don't buy from them but I go there to look at what's available. I am coming off the Ecsta PA31's and while they don't look very sporty, they hold well in all weather (including light snow).

It says summer/all seasons,
They are road legal track tyres, super super soft and sticky, up until around 3 yrs ago they were illegal for road use in Australia, only for track use, they added another 1.5mm in tread depth to pass ADR,
they are an absolute monster of a tyre, seem to wear really well, ive had mine for 2 yrs and done around 12,000k’s and still have 2/3 tread left,
they wont budge in the dry, dont even seem to squeal, and pushed pretty hard in the rain and greasy roads they are simply awesome.
as ive said, i havent used them on snow or ice as yet but any 50 profile road performance tyre isn’t really designed for that anyways.

We had kuhmo KU27 on our peugot, they were pretty good although the sidewalls were very soft compared to the Dunlop LM704 we had before it,
i also had some KU36 on my old FC, they were good for cornering but not really flash at putting power down, think they were 245 wide from memory, they were also not as soft as the r1r and after a yr they seemed to get real hard, my r1r’s are still super soft after 2yrs.

I'm not saying they aren't great tires. But Louis asked for All-Season tires, which means he wants to be able to drive the car all winter, possibly in snow. R1R's would be a terrible choice for freezing weather. Toyo states -

The Proxes R1R is Toyo's Extreme Performance Summer tire developed for driving enthusiasts looking for capabilities beyond normal street tire limitations. Developed from Toyo's years of grueling on-track experience, Proxes R1R tires are engineered to elevate performance in dry and wet conditions. However, like all Extreme Performance Summer tires, these tires are not intended to be serviced, stored nor driven in near- and below-freezing temperatures, through snow or on ice. It's also essential these tires be stored indoors at temperatures maintained above 15 degrees F.

It gets down in the 20's where Louis will be driving the car so he needs something with a deeper tread and a more "cold friendly" compound.
