Mastercraft Avenger ZHP tires

I'm thinking of buying Mastercraft Avenger ZHP tires:

http://www.mastercrafttires.com/us/e...on/avenger.asp
I just want to know if anybody has heard of them or used them, and whether or not they liked them. They are supposed to be similar to the Cooper Zeon 2xs, so if you have experience with those I'd like to know about that too. I will be using this car mostly on the street including rain, but no snow. I'm also wondering how big a difference precipi-tated silica and carbon black have on a tire, so if anybody has info about that I would like. Thanks.

How quick is quick? If I'm not spinning the tires all the time do you think they would last 15-20K miles? Thanks.

ty ares

I had a set of these that came on my car when I bought it. They are actually not that bad. I really did like them. I don't think I would buy them again, but I am not saying you shouldn't get them. I give them a B+ on the tire grading chart.

Not really. That was a good tire. I liked them a lot. I am running Bridgestone Grip II now. My Avengers lasted a lot long and gave me a better ride!

I am selling my old rims with those tires right now. Good luck with your buy!
