After market Door panels?

I was wondering if there were any aftermarket door panels that where simply flat aluminum with a place for a door handle. I know its not a great description but I saw it on an rx7 a while back.

Make them yourself. Strip a door panel down to the door card and use it for a pattern. If you can't make them yourself, PM me. I can make them, but you might not like the price.

Unless you have 2 legs instead of 3, let's keep the love part out of it. lol 1/8" aluminum is plenty thick enough, not sure about 1/16 th. If you want to get fancy, blingy, find some 1/8" aluminum treadplate/diamond plate.

Door card is a near, but not perfect match. I would transfer it to poster stock, with a little extra at the edges, then trim for fit from there.

that is exactly what I want to do, except with only the door handle. Did you just get a sheet and cut it?

so how hard would it be to do that? I would love to do that (but most likely in aluminum due to cost).
