ACV is it needed?

I have an acv blockoff plate, if I block it off do I still need the acv there for the 2 hoses? just curious if I can make it simple...

If you pull off the acv you should also remove the air pump because it no longer has a place to put the air, also you will have to plug the air line on the cat or deal with a really loud exhaust leak. The hose to the air cleaner is okay because it feeds in outside of the air filter, but the hose that feeds the air pump needs to be pluged.

I just put on a racing beat system I have no cat

Also I need to keep on the air pump because I dont want to break a belt(s) because I do not have the electric fan yet, someday. So it is safe to remove the acv and forget about it right?

Yes, that is why racing beat includes the block off plate with the header. There should also be a small two bolt plate that blocks a passage on the firewall side of the manifold, did you see that?
