I have recently purchased my first Mazda let alone an RX7! It's a 85 GSL SE with 53,000 on it. It has been sitting for awhile (like 3-4 years). I test drove it with out knowing the extent of time. It ran like, well tou insert, and ended up dieing. So we towed it back and I returned and changed the plugs, wires, dist., rotor, battery, alt, and put a few gallons of fuel in it. Well it didn't start. Something clicks like something wants to happen, but nothing.

Please, any suggestions....

 

damn an se with 53k on it! must be mint! but i had the same problem, i couldnt figure it out, so i took off the fuel injection and put on a carb..
