85 RX-7 wont start
hi i tryed to start this car before i payed for it, so i turned the key over and it just would not start even if i put gas down the carb, so i just payed for it and parked it for the winter, now i want start it so i dumped the 3 year old gas and put new gas in drained the fuel line to the carb, and installed new spark plugs, when i try to start it the RPM reads 1000-2000 but as sone as i put gas down the card it turns 3000 ish, but i never hear it start it just turns faster, some one toled me thers no compretion and that the readth valve is stuck open/craked or shattered, thats Y its not running? dose the sound like its the prob? o and when i did a compretion test with a regular guage it was reading 0 psi so, i think thats my prob how do i get to that valve?
now keep in mind that i did the compretion test using the traling #1 apex (top hole) and not the botem one.
and how should i do the ATF thing? if its not carboned locked? my dad says i should atf it so that the seals will free them selfs thats Y it has no compretion?

Make sure your using the compression guage correctly. If indeed you have 0 then you probably have larger problems. What about the front rotor? Whats the compression on it? You have to take out the stem in the compression gauge or hold the pressure relief valve. You can also just take out the plugs (one rotor at a time) and turn it over, you should get three distinct rushes of air, if not then it doesnt sound good. Good luck.
