The GSL in all years had LSD. The GS did not. The easyest way to tell is if you have rear disk brakes. If you do, and it wasn't a conversion, then you have LSD.

For future reference, Posi-Traction is the name General Motors calls LSD's...
Kinda like calling any fizzy sweet drink "Coke" instead of "soda" or "pop"...
The generic term is LSD or Limited Slip Differential...
BTW... Swapping in LSD is easy as per the HOWTO's on this forum... Takes a few hours, maybe a weekend if you have access to tools and parts.

yeah i knew what LSD stood for just makin sure it was posi and not something else and yeah i see now that it's pretty easy swap to do and i will have to do that if i am going to go for 250hp
