84 header on an 83?

84 header on an 83?
I can get an 84 Rb header really cheap right now, will it fit on my 83? does manual or automatic make a difference at all?

83 and 84 are the same, (I believe) for the header.

I'm pretty sure manual and automatic make a difference, because they are shown as different parts on the site.
