83 limited edition
limited to 5000 units. the color was called chateau silver with red pin striping. it had red velour seats and was based on the gs sunroof model. it also had the 130mph speedo, as opposed to the 85mph speedo of the 81+ cars. no power windows and drum brake rear end. as mentioned above, it had special rims. although i believe they were 15in not 14. i will double check that and post again after 11 tonight.

as mentioned all 83's have the 130 speedo, and the wheels are 14", I have a set. I had a 83 Le for a parts car but recently got rid of it. Personally I think that shade of red for the interior is the most god aweful disgusting color on the planet.
yep its a gs with 14" rims and special paint... why the hell they didnt make them a gsl i have no idea.... mines a 1 of 1 with mazda 2 tone paint(maroon matchs the int color on bottom and stock C.S.M. on top) and mines got a standalone and turbo motor in it...... well it will have it in there soon
