Anybody have real HID lights that are illegal for use on the highway? You know, the off-road high color tomperature style?

A few years ago, some guy installed aircraft landing lights in the high beam sockets of his REPU.

There is some guy selling the ones i mentioned above for the FB and has said that they pass DOT.

Just wondering if anybody have these. The fb headlight is not that bright. Thinking of changing the alternator or just used pseudo HID
