Is 50mm IDA to big for TBI?

I have plans on building a Bridge Port and wanna run it N/A then turbo it after that. Is this IDA to big for 1: A stock port 12A 2: bridge 12A 3: Bridge turbo 12A . Is this too small for any aplication? Heres the link : http://injectionperfection.com/

i use a 50 mm ida throttle body on my turbo 12a and it works great, it will also work fine for stock or ported motors too .. its a little big for stock 12a but will work great for the upgrades you are planning

Thanks bro and thats about what I thought, but wasnt sure. I know I need an upgraded intake/carb for the bridge, but I have plans to go FI so I might as well do it right.

50 should be fine for the bridgeport.

Now if we wanna talk carburetors, the current trend in classes where ported rotaries are allowed is to run a large carb with the rules mandated choke size. Gene Berg makes Weber IDA copies in sizes up to 58mm! Examples:

E Production 13b 54mm carb with class mandated 38mm chokes
GT2 13b Peripheral port 56mm carb with 48mm chokes

Since he's using an IDA throttle body, I am assuming he's using a generally available IDA manifold which is independent runner.
