^^ Yeah it is addicting.

I was just trying to figure out what the hell sweeping/brushing the ice in front of the stone does?

It smooths the pebbles on the top of the ice and lets the stone run faster/farther, it also keeps it from curling, until they want it too.

I guess this thread went to ****......
Btw, I saw the episode as well and noticed the 3 seven's in the background.
Orange,Silver and Charcoal grey. The Orange on had black CP stickers on the side of the door with wheel flares and a black hood. the Charcoal Grey was on a lift will ground effects and some cheap looking silver rims. Oh well that's what i remembered.

If you listen to the stones as they slide down the ice, you can hear the roughness of the surface, it's not glass smooth as it would be for skating. If the ice was smooth, the stones would just stop. You can see the pebbles when they zoom in on the house (circles/target area).

The curl is just that, the path of the stone curls near the end, it is not a straight line. Kind of like throwing a hook in bowling.

The orange one was Pat's car. Large streetport 13B 6 port with a S5 turbo on a custom exhaust manifold. TII intakes, running the TII ECU (previously a blow through Weber).

The silver one has a large street port TII engine with some kind of big turbo on it (I forget which one...some varient of the TO4), massive V-mount intercooler and very unique hood arrangement and the rack and pinion conversion. Body is mint. Currently running the TII ECU but I believe it's going standalone at some point.

The charcoal grey car is a SE in mint condition. Not a hint of rust or even evidence that it was ever driven. Has a 13B-RE with a 60-1 on a custom manifold. Big front mount, rack and pinion. During the summer I wired in a Haltech E6X (w/ 2nd gen ignition) and the car is just waiting to be tuned. It's a long term project that is also getting some body mods as well.
