I dont want a turbo because I like the look of a clean engine compartment. I want a baddass n/a so im looking for the best platform. besides hondas around here arn't slow as in 11 second quarter ETs. im thinking about dlidfis and bridgeports or periferals, 51 IDA, and a little go juice

juice is not naturally aspirated.
The drivability of a 250hp normally aspirated rotary versus
the drivability of a 250hp boosted rotary is night and day.
One feels like a crazy race car, that is hot, loud, and annoying.
The other feels like a larger and much torquier engine.

im just looking for a fast car not an 11 second car, i can still stomp there asses on the corners i just dont need to be as fast. Alright this is my dream, high 12's or low 13's and at least a g in the swerves. is this possible with what engine i want to run(200hp).

do you see how this can be a tad confusing to someone trying to help you? why mention them in the first place then? if all you want is a fast car, then screw the 4-port or 6-port issue and just modify and build on what you have in hand. barring any major acts of idiocy, you will have a fast car, i promise you.
