Cool 40 or 45 dellorto?

There seems to be quite a few 40 dellorto's on ebay now for cheap. $150 for two. Would this be a good carb for a stock 12a? A yaw carb is said to be in the $200 to $300 range and with the price of a manifold, I'm not sure which way to go?

Suggestions?

i have seen that auction before,
the last bidder must have backed out,

buy em and sell the rest that you dont need.

dell'orto's are the best imo

dotn know to much about size though

i would love to get a delorto, but the problem is i donot know if a 40 would be large enough for me.. if the sizes at all corispond to the weber dco, then it definatly would be to small..

someone with delorto experience, do speak up....

if it is hard enough to keep two in sync, then i would not want to even try three

What you need is a Racing Beat modified 48DHLA Dellorto. They are no longer made but you can ocassionally find a good one if you are patient. A good place to look is at thepartstrader.com.
