are there issues with using a 89-91 turbo motor compared to a 87-88 turbo motor(would swap in high compresion rotors). i know that i would need a SE front plate and SE oil pan. is there any differnce in the installation of the two series?

If you look back at Grassroots racing from a couple years ago they built the Ro-spit, which has a half-bridge ported six-port engine that had been by Tri-Point Engineering. In this setup only the six-port plates are cut with bridges. The center housing is given a mild street port since there is limited steel there to be cut.
Just a thought.
