Youll need to cut a bit of sheetmetal out and make some mounting strips to bolt the FC radiator to.I had one for a while until I dropped the Howe double pass race radiator in.These are pics of the Howe, but the stock FC unit sat at the same angle,it was just a little taller.

The FC rad. was removed before the hood was made. The scoop was formed around the Howe radiator's current position.
You cant buy it,the hood was made by hand.No fiberglass,no welding. All metal and panelbond.
Cant say it helps much with downforce, but it helps oil, coolant and engine bay temp a lot.The low pressure zone generated inside the void pulls the air through the main oil cooler and the first right-to-left pass of the radiator. The oil cooler air and hottest rad air is not flooding over the engine now,so everything in the engine bay stays cooler.I have water, oil and intake temp gauges. At 60mph I saw drops in all, ranging from 5-15 degrees depending on outside temps.

I started to put one in my 85 gsl but went with the thicker 1st gen radiator (small style) It is supposed to cool better, plus it's all metal unlike the "cheap" 2nd gen ones...
