2nd gen in 1st Gen

Well guys, i have a 84 GSL as well as a 89 GXL.

What parts off of my 89 GXL can i use in the fb??
alerternator and engine for sure, anything else?

rear brake calipers, at least overhere (Europe) don't know about USA, as you guys had different brakes on some models. gearbox would be straight fit too, if the FC is NA (we didn't get trim levels as GXL etc, so I'm not sure what they mean in the USA) and some minor other parts.

Oh, yes, before I forget: front end fits, just cut of the nose of your FB, and the FC nose will lign right up! Same distance between frame rails, even all the spot welds are in the same location. As a matter of fact, even the mounting holes for the fenders align! Seems they have been very lazy when designing the FC...
