225/55/R16's in the Rear LOOK Awesome

From the rear!

Would post pics but I'm in the middle of adding my fuel cell so it looks kind of weird looking. Don't wanna take pics of my baby when she's down and out.

Project is coming along great though. I got ALOT Of boxes this week from the UPS Man and FEDEX

Let's see what I can list that came in.......

Fuel Cell
SX Fuel Pressure Regulator
50 mm BOV
35mm Wastegate
Intercooler
Air/Fuel Ratio Guage
Oil Pressure Guage
225/55/R16 Tires for the Rear

Still in the mail and should be here this week or starting of next week

Fuel Pump

What's the size and offset of the wheels? I went with 225/45/16 and they barely fit with an 18mm offset, 16x7".

Barely fit? On the rear end? I seem to have Big time room back there, I'll post pics here in a second, I think the Digi cam battery is charged by now.

Web77 Says, "Looks good! The car looks kinda high."

Thanks, Not sure why it sits High, Never noticed before.

Savington Says, "Why'd you go 16s? Just curious."

Cuz 16's are the Schiznit!

r0taryr0ck3t Says, "very nice"

Thanks man

By the way, I updated my Modification page so you can see what I'm doing on the engine part. I think you all are going to be VERY Very Suprised to see it when It's finished. I haven't seen one yet on these boards. Kind of curious of the response I'll get when I'm done.

I don't know why there isn't much room, but maybe I didn't state it right. The tires tuck right next to the fender, so there isn't much room there.

Toward the middle of the car I have no idea how much room there is, I haven't stuck my head under there yet

Just saw the pictures, nice job, but the car looks kind of high...........just kidding!

Looks nice. Any rubbing on the fronts--I assume they are the same size as the rears?

I've been looking at 16s also. Maybe looks high in back cause the tank is missing.

Front tires Aren't the same size as the rear tires

Front Tires are 205's
Rear Tires are 225's

I had to put a 1/4" Spacer on the front to keep from rubbing.

Just wait until you see the Pics I have for you tonight. Today I'm installing the Fuel Cell, Fuel Pressure Regulator, Intake (with 4 Injectors), Exhaust Manifold with Turbo and Downpipe.

I'll still have to install the Fuel Line, Fuel Pump, Intercooler and Piping and all the little Goodies that make the thing run.

Oh yea, I still need to re-route the Battery Box. Let me go do a search on that now.

Hey Mr. Walker,

Where in GA are you? I am in Jacksonville and will be going to Atlanta from the 13-17th for a pool tournament, are you in that area?

I would love to come see your car!

Jegs Part # - 547-250-016-01
Fuel Cell 16-Gallon - 25'' L x 17'' W x 9'' H $122.99

I know it doesn't have a Fuel Sending unit. Two things on this. First one........I didn't read it close enough when ordering......DOH! Second one........Doesn't really matter to me, It's not a daily driver, I have a Tahoe for that, so as long as I have fuel when I leave the house, I'm sure to have fuel when I get back to the house.
