2 stroke oil

i was told last night that i should put 2 stroke oil in with my gas. he said that when you do this it helps the apex seals, so you can red line it more with less risk of blowin the motor. is this true? and if so what ratio should i use? ive found alot of different ratios.

leave it out of the gas unless you have blocked off your OMP... in which case you MUST add it.

You can red line it as much as you want. It will just wear out faster.
