1st Gen front struts with longer travel

Hello community,

On my way to restore my old red shoebox I want to increase the ride height (2 inch) of the car, whilst maintaining soft suspension. The back is done via shock spacers and longer springs but the front is not that easy.

Do any of you know of front strut cartridges that have a longer travel (or stroke or just are longer) that are a direct fit without too much hassle? (coilovers are not an option)

I'm open for suggestions and am looking forward to your help.

if you look the 80's Toyotas all have shocks that are the same diameter as the Rx7, and the lengths vary, but they are all way longer
