Yeah they're pretty popular in rally because they're cheap and easy to make fast. Just make sure they're legal to run in your class (duh!) because IIRC SCCA was trying to outlaw old (<20 years old) cars from rally because they were actually being so sucessful.

what would be your sugestions on the first modifications, just to get started, yeah, i picked up my fb for $400 and they just opened up an amature rally course a couple hours from here, i plan to be buying a turbo fc for my street car (pm me if you have one for sale, or know someone who does)...but i plan to make my fb a rally, and my fc just my normal road car...but still make it fast, gotta do that...

That way you dont spew oil and crap all over the place when you bottom out... I need to get one put on my Xtreme, cause the previous driver already ruined the oil pan by bottoming out on it.
