I would really appreciate of someone tells me what type of transmission oil i should use ny my 85 rx-7. its manual

 

90 weight gear oil SAE90 that is GL-4 or GL-5. It's in the technical data section of the factory service manual. Two quarts or liters is plenty.

Use the same for the rear end. If you have a limited slip rear end, add the limited slip additive. If your rend end had disc brakes, it's a limited slip.
