1979 Won’t start after changing the fuel filter.

Just changed the fuel filter. It was due and leaking a tiny bit. Once I changed the filter and put a few gallons of gas in it it started right away but my kid pushed the choke all the in after it had only been running 30 seconds or so and it died. Haven’t been able to get it started since. I thought maybe it flooded the engine. So I took the spark plugs out and did that little dance but still no go. I checked the filter and it didn’t seem to be getting any fuel to it? Thanks in advance!

Time to measure pressure and flow at the pump (if its running). It needs 2.5 psi ideally for the stock carb and about 30gph minimum.
