1979 Rx7 Noob S.M.
Well, a couple weeks ago a friend of mine tarded his plasma cutter for an rx7, i helped him get it running and he drove it around the block onece and then promptly sold it to me lol for 500 bucks. because the rear end needs new mounts. now all i know is that it has a body kit and i think its a pop up sunroof or maybe a targa top. now i know for a fact the motor and trans are not stock as it has a chevy small bock 350 and a turbo 350 tranny HEHEHE
so dont nag at me about rippin out the rotary butttt i like it this way better. basically i just want to know more about these cars

well, your post is so broad, what are your questions. with a V8, the car has no more rotary soul and who knows whats been modified to accomodate that 350. there's probably not much we could tell you about the car cat this point..
well i dont have any pictures right now, the car is at a friend of mines house a few blocks down. i just basically wanted to know more about the cars i think they are pretty cool. i also wanted to know about how to keepthe rear end from turning ? if that makes any sense

Too much motor for the stock rear end, probably, if you're having problems with it torquing on you.
Check the link arm bushings, may be shot, but you're dealing with a rear suspension designed for a car that had about 100hp stock.
Not to mention that you've seriously upset the weight balance; your power train probably weighs three times what the stock engine/tranny weighed.

If you want to know more about the cars, here's a link. http://www.rx7.org/public/1st-gen.html Some small info on there about stock 1st gens.
