You need a shop like Gotham or the like. Look in your local area forum and ask the locals for a reputable performance shop.
They are not gonna sell you a kit but you will pay them to do the whole thing. Otherwise if you want to wrench yourself just buy the parts on your own.

There is no company currently that sells a bolt on turbo kit for the 1st gen or even 2nd gen RX-7's. Its all gotta be custom made from parts off a RX-7 with a turbo already or other parts.
