I was offered a 13b for 75 bucks. It needs an intake and needs torn down and cleaned, it has been weathered. do u think it would be salvageable? I was told it ran before it was taken out of the car, car had no title, and it looks in ok shape but i could see some gunk down in the manifold. any info would be appreciated, Thanks!

 

For $75, take it.
You won't be able to see what is wrong with it until you tear it apart to see how the passages and housings look.
