13B monster bridge!!

Well, if everything goes right in the next few days I'll be getting my hands on a freshly built 13B bridge-port which I'll swap into my '82.

It's an Rx-4 13B with new housings, extended bridge-ports, carbon seals and all the good bits. It also comes with a brass button clutch and modified carb which I'll swap for a Weber once I find one.

It has a GSL-SE sump and the correct front cover so all I need to do is slot the cross-member. Correct? What is the best/right way to do this? Or is there another way to make it fit?

Anyway, let the games begin!!

BTW, I took it for a test drive today and it pulls like a rocket above 4500rpm even with the modified 4 barrel. And you just gotta love that 1800rpm idle!! Brap brap brap brap!!

I know!! It's a hard choice but if I had the money I probably would have went 13BT. You just can't beat the streetability and power potential. Then again I have always dreamt of having a mean, loud, obnoxious old school rotor and now I'm finally gonna have one. And 220+hp at the wheels should be more than enough for most traffic light grand prix's.

Bah! **** the 12A mate, go 13B! I'll be happy if I break into the 13's but mid 13's would be nice. I've got a 4.4 locker which I'll be putting in so traction and gearing shouldn't be a problem. Just have to find a Weber for it and get it tuned.
