13b DIZZY into 12a Q's

will a dizzy from a 1985 gsl-se 13b fit into a 1979 12a

i can put the dizzy cap on my car "1984 gs 12a" from the gsl-se and it fits fine,

so i was wandering if the whole dizzy would fit into a 12a from a 13b

Yes, it'll bolt right in.

You could even swap the dizzy with the crank angle sensor from a 2nd-gen if you were converting to EFI.... or vice-versa.

(In fact, that's exactly what people do when they put FC engines in 1st-gens... they put the 1st-gen front cover on the newer engine and then put the CAS in the front cover)

no way, points rule! they require constant dicking around just to get the car started sometimes and they wear out faster than the plugs do and... oh wait, that's right, points suck. nevermind.

full on jacobs direct fire. unfortunately the only wires we have for it were nawd on by rodents. i guess the same ones that built the nest on top of the gas tank. i think we're shutdown today for rain. so i'll just come over for that steak.
