13b/12a

im looking to by a first gen, thought i know all the basics of rotors and how they operate. what i dont know is the particulars of sa and fb and with is best. and also wether to go with a 12a of a 13b. i know tha 12a has a carb so it would be easer to lear on but 13b make more power. so what is the diference between sa and fb and with motor should i get, or should i just go with a fc.

First you are going to have to ask yourself what you want in the way of a 7. Then we can guide you.

Just buy a 12a powered FB, they may be slow, but by the sounds of it (sum what quick street car just enuf to leave ricers in the dust), you don't need a fast car.

If you are serious about making a track car then you're looking at a **** ton of money. If you are looking for a car you can take to the track while daily driving, get a GSL-SE for the quickest first gen.

Also, how much are you looking to spend on an rx7?
