It probably was. The RE-SI was another of these early EFI setups to run four in 1983, but on a 6 port 13B with ultra tiny intake ports and very short exhaust port timing. Our GSL-SE got larger ports pretty much all around.

Have not done much to my car since last post. Ended up tearing my meniscus and completely tore my ACL and had surgery . hoping to get some body and paint work done over the winter as the car still runs great right now.. Still daily driver. I did put in RX8 seats
