I’m getting a extended street ported 12A sent from back east for my 84gs, and I was wondering what would I have to do to make it a turbo (Carburetor mods etc.) ? Where could I get a turbo that would work with it, and would provide the most boost. Most of all how would I mount the sucker? Could you guys post some links where I could get this stuff? And maybe a tutorial?

However I still have a few questions.
Would I need a new Transmission?

Could anyone post links on where I could get some of this stuff? Turbo, Fuel pump, intercooler, new exhaust system (mine is rust right now), new coils?? I would love a parts list if anyone has one! Or a tutorial with pics!

 

Honestly not to sure about the fuel system, or wiring, but you will probably need a new tranny, or get real good at changing them out. NA trannies can't take the stress for long, especially if you drop the clutch, and have fun with it.

 

hmmn shitty, so now i need a new tranny, and i prob gotta replace the clutch too... super! But is the connection hard connecting a transmission from a TII to a 12A?
