FL 12a throw out bearing or 13b throw out bearing?

I am going to be dropping my 13b into my 79Sa in a couple of weeks and i am using the 12a 5 speed that was in the car. I bought a 13b clutch and pressure plate and was wondering if in need to change the throw out bearing to a 13b one.The clutch is used but good.

actually, they are recommending the FC TURBO T/O bearing as a more durable replacement. Got mine thru Pineappleracing.com tho likely any Mazda dealer can get them still.

through my experience, the best t/o bearing is an oem one. i've had new aftermarket ones whine from day one but never had an oem unit whine until worn.
