hey guys, I got a question here, is it possible to go from a 12a to a 13bt how much will it cost, where can I get a 13bt, and how much work is there involved, I know this is more than one question but this is my first rx. I would really appreciate the help.

In a recent post Mike P28 comments on his progress, a budget of $7,500 is not unheard of.

Several importers sell 13bt motors, for example Corksport.

 

Well the reason mine was so much cause I went with a cosmo 13b-RE and a single turbo with a Haltech. Also got several other things like a FMIC, that he wouldnt need with a 13bt...

 

Yeah.. if you went completely budget you could probably get it done for ~$1K But that is if you do the work yourself..

Most shops will charge ~$4K to do the swap for you..
