12a to 13b

my friend is a highschool auto tech teacher who as obtained a 13 "longblock" front, center, and rear plates, rotor housings, both rotors and the e-shaft.

i spoke to him and he agreed to give it to me if i built it and gave him my old 12a crap, (for demonstration purposes only)

what would i need to do a n/a 12a to a n/a 13b

what is the estimated cost of this swap?

probably all stock, maybe a good street poet, nothing major.

I'm not exactly sure you know what a longlock is. From what you have told us thats just a shortblock.

A longblock is the COMPLETE motor. It has all the manifolds, alternator waterpump, allready on it so you can just drop it in.

A short block is just the core motor itself, or as you said it, the side and intermediate plates, the rotor housings, rotor, eccentric shaft etc.

You are going to need the 13b manifolds if you want to attempt this swap.
