12a to 13b

I have a 79 rx7 with a 4 speed, i want to swap it with a 5 speed 13b, but besides the engine and trans im not really sure what i will all need parts wise/ will anything need to be fabricated to fit?

A lot depends on which 13B and fuel delivery system you choose.

The engine information (like S4 FC, S5 FC), power goals, amount you're willing to spend and what you're working with would be extremely helpful.

The 79SA shifter location is significantly different than the 13b trans will allow, requiring some swapping of bell housings and center sections for the trans and shifter to work. Also, the longer housings of the 13b require a different front engine mount. Have you figured out what your donor engine will come from?
