I drive an 85 Rx7, it has a 12A motor, and i was wanting to swap in a 13B, i am getting the engine at a wrecker, will a 13B from any 1st gen. rx7 work, or do i need to find an 85 with a 13B? and what kind of problems with matching up the transmission, hoses, etc.
any help would be appreciated, thanks

any 13B will work. what you first have to do is assess what you hope to accomplish. what you want and what you have to spend ...

my advice, use the search feature on here to get the lowdown on 13B swaps and the options out there. then, if you're still unclear at least you'll have more focused questions.
