Question Which Is #1 Rotor

I'm pretty sure number one is closest to the fan.
(no wires hooked up. wanna get it right)

Am I correct

My '73 12A had a tiny plackard held on by tiny rivits emblazined with a 1 on the front rotor housing right over the dowel pin/oil gallery area. I'm assuming that's because it was signifying the front rotor (which was between the front and intermediate plates). Then again, I'm no Mazda engineer, so your guys' guess is as good as mine.
